The final phase is to ensure the sustainability of the achievements. In other words, the external factors that ensure the strength of a family farm will be reinforced. Important point to consider for the fight against climate loading, meteorological services will be supported by the project. Other services will also be strengthened according to the needs of EAFs by focusing more on access to good seed varieties. Overall, DINAAMICC will mainly strengthen production support services by supporting existing services around family farms. The capitalization of experiences will be concerted by all project stakeholders, including beneficiaries.

The sub-activities that will therefore be carried out in this part are :

• capacity building of national meteorological services (DGM)
• establishment of peasant systems for the multiplication and distribution of seeds
• improvement of the operational capacities of Ops
• capacity building of all actors in the appropriation of ongoing developments
